Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Real Estate Administrative VA. This full-time, remote position involves providing comprehensive administrative support to our U.S.-based real estate operations.
As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing tenant coordination, conducting research, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth property management processes. This role requires excellent English communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to adapt to various tasks in a fast-paced real estate environment. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough research to identify required forms, accurately complete them with the necessary information, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
* Follow detailed examples to replicate complex tasks, such as preparing and submitting housing forms or similar documents.
* Communicate effectively with potential tenants to gather essential information, evaluate their suitability, and coordinate property visits or other arrangements.
* Manage a range of administrative tasks, including organizing data, preparing detailed reports, and maintaining accurate records.
* Execute technical assignments, such as creating and managing spreadsheets in Excel, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
* Handle inquiries by contacting U.S.-based offices or authorities via phone, collecting relevant information, and resolving any issues professionally and efficiently.
Mandatory Skills & Requirements:
* Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
* Resourcefulness and the ability to conduct thorough research.
* Attention to detail and precision when replicating detailed instructions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for task-related assignments.
* Practical communication skills, including making professional phone calls.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience with administrative tasks or customer communication.
* Knowledge of U.S. housing systems or real estate is a plus.
