Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant & Social Media Marketer to join our team. This hybrid role combines traditional administrative responsibilities with social media marketing, ensuring our real estate operations run smoothly while boosting our online presence. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing social media channels, posting videos, and performing administrative tasks.
This is a full-time position with bonuses after a 90-120 day probationary period. While the primary work schedule is Monday to Friday, some weekend work may be required depending on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining databases, organizing Excel sheets, and managing other records.
Handle both incoming and outgoing calls with clients, leads, and vendors.
Provide administrative support to the team lead, including handling miscellaneous tasks as needed.
Use AI tools to assist with creating written content and reports for real estate projects.
Social Media Marketing
Post and optimize video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
Implement SEO strategies to increase visibility and engagement for YouTube videos and social media posts.
Assist in creating and scheduling social media campaigns to promote real estate services and listings.
Generate ideas for new content and collaborate with the team to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
Content Management
Research and utilize current trends to develop engaging and innovative social media content.
Organize and archive content for easy access and reference.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative role and/or social media marketing.
Familiarity with social media platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Basic knowledge of SEO strategies for video and social media content.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.
Experience with AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar) for content creation is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
Professional phone etiquette for making and receiving calls.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
