JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a full-time Real Estate Admin/Transaction Coordinator. You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you. Working hours will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.

Requirements:
-Two years experience as a real estate transaction coordinator is REQUIRED.
-Experience with social media management and editing is REQUIRED.
-Experience in Real Estate Administrative work for at least 2 years is REQUIRED.
-Experience with CRM Management: Follow Up Boss is REQUIRED
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED.

Pay:
$4.50 an hour.
-A raise will be given a few months once you are fully trained.
-Opportunities for bonuses are available.

Primary Responsibilities:
-Creating and sending real estate documents to clients for signature via email.
-Keeping track of real estate transaction deadlines and documents.
-Uploading properties online to MLS to be listed for sale.
-Editing videos and other marketing, posting, and managing social media accounts: Instagram, Threads, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube
-General administrative tasks such as managing calendars.

About Me:
I own a real estate company in Los Angeles, California. Our company, Aguirre Realty Group, sells around 15 homes a year and aims to grow to 50 homes within the next 2 years. I am looking for someone to grow with us long-term.
