We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Admin Transaction Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the real estate industry, specifically in handling administrative and transaction-related tasks. This role requires strong knowledge of CRM tools such as Follow Up Boss, Zillow, and other real estate platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
-Maintain and update CRM tools (Follow Up Boss, Zillow, and others) to track leads, clients, and transactions.
-Coordinate with realtors, buyers, sellers, lenders, and title companies to ensure smooth transactions.
-Handle document management, contract compliance, and deadline tracking to prevent any delays.

-Generate reports and maintain accurate transaction records for future reference.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a Real Estate Transaction Coordinator or similar admin role in the US real estate industry.
-Strong familiarity with CRM tools like Follow Up Boss, Zillow, and other real estate platforms.
-Must have a resume and portfolio showcasing previous work experience.
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work night shifts (US time zone).
-Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively.
