Our St. Louis, MO based real estate investment company is looking for a highly experienced real estate acquisitions professional to join our growing team! If you have a proven track record in real estate sales or acquisitions and love negotiating deals, this remote position is for you.
This is NOT a general VA role. We are looking for a skilled acquisitions rep who can talk to sellers, gather info, make verbal offers over the phone, negotiate, and close deals. Only apply if you have experience negotiating and closing real estate transactions.
Position: Real Estate Acquisitions VA
- Call homeowners and negotiate to get purchase agreements signed.
- Use our scripts and objection-handling techniques to lock in deals.
- Follow up with warm leads and nurture them to close.
- Work in our CRM to document calls, offers, and seller details.
- Make offers and adjust pricing based on seller motivation and property condition.
- Work directly with our team to close deals.
Required Experience:
- MUST HAVE 2+ years of real estate acquisitions, cold calling, or direct-to-seller negotiations experience.
- MUST HAVE experience negotiating seller deals, not just lead generation.
- Proven track record of closing real estate sales.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls daily.
- Tech-savvy and experienced with CRM systems.
- Must be proactive, persistent, and able to handle objections confidently.

- You have no experience using a CRM to manage leads and negotiations.

Compensation & Hours
- Starting Up to $7.00/hr base pay + performance bonuses for each closed deal.
- Top performers regularly earn $2,500+ per month with base, plus commissions and incentives.
- Pay Schedule: 1st & 15th each month.
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM CST (40 hours/week).
