Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist

Our real estate investment firm is seeking a highly motivated and organized Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist with strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate must have exceptional spoken English communication skills, as this is our top priority. We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, has impressive verbal communication skills, possesses sufficient computer knowledge, is a good listener, and has excellent time management abilities. This role offers frequent opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
• Making a large number of phone calls per day.
• Responding to and qualifying leads via phone calls.
• Classifying leads and writing clear, concise phone call notes.
• Inputting relevant information into the CRM.
• Scheduling follow-up and offer appointments with leads.
• Communicating with the team on leads and status updates.
• Attending weekly acquisitions meetings and check-ins with managers/leadership.
• Meeting performance benchmarks.

Qualifications:
• **Exceptional spoken English communication skills are required, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.**
• Fluent in English with proper grammar usage.
• Proficient in computer skills and able to learn new software quickly.
• Teachable and willing to learn new skills.
• Experience with Google Drive.
• Exceptional time management abilities.
• Good listener with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to make good decisions under pressure.
• Willing to go above and beyond, not just meet minimum expectations.
• Experience in real estate or sales preferred but not required.

Schedule/Time:
• 40 hours per week: Monday through Friday, 9 am–5 pm EST.
• Working night shifts is required for this role.
