I NEED A DEAL CLOSER AND I'M PAYING BIG FOR IT!
I'm looking for THE BEST OF THE BEST and most EXPERIENCED real estate acquisitions cold caller I can find. These calls must be made ONE BY ONE manually from an app on your computer so you'll need a DESKTOP OR LAPTOP, and a CLAER and EASY TO HEAR headset - NOT a tablet or phone.
I pay DOUBLE what others pay for starting:
- Others start at $4/Hour, WE START AT $8/HOUR!
- And... in 30 days it goes to $10/hour then higher
- AND THERE'S HUGE BONUSES OF $2,500 FOR EACH DEAL FROM YOU THAT CLOSES!
I will provide you with leads, BUT I WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU A SCRIPT. These calls are meant to be much more organic than that. We’ll give you the basic concepts and examples of what to say, but this job is very dependent on your ability to get people to talk to you and like you.
You must already know what you're doing!
Fluency in English and sounding as natural as possible is CRITICAL
JOB FOCUS:
We generate new leads every day and we also have hundreds and hundreds of leads sitting in our database that need to be called. We need someone to go through them one by one and find out the status and try and get them to talk to us and put their house under contract. It is also important to note that this sentence is only here to check and make sure you're reading the entire post. When you respond, make sure to start your response with "Macs Are Unix Based". JOB HI-LIGHTS
- Make outbound calls to motivated leads from our CRM
- Follow up with sellers and nurture relationships and guide them through the sales process
- Close deals and negotiate final terms with property owners
- Accurately document all transactions and keep detailed notes in our CRM
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly contract signing goals
- Structure and send contracts to potential sellers
WE PROVIDE:

YOU PROVIDE (no exceptions):
HARDWARE (All must be working and reliable):
- Desktop or laptop computer (not a tablet or phone)
- Headset that plugs into your computer
- WIRED & STABLE Internet Connection
- Stable Electricity
- Video Camera & Mic for zoom calls
ABOUT YOU:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent, natural, fluent English (Written & Spoken)
- Provide 40 Hours a week
- Prior experience in Real Estate negotiations (ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY)
- Quiet environment with NO background noise
- Can follow instructions clearly
- Consistently ON TIME
- HUGE plus if you can work on weekends but not required
- Ability to speak organically with people without a script
- NO DISTRACTIONS, you must be fully FOCUSED at all times.

- Money motivated and want to earn LOTS of bonuses
- Proven experience in real estate sales and closing deals
- Consistent positive attitude
- Experience using CRMs & can quickly adapt & learn our custom CRM
SCHEDULE 10am to 6pm:
- 10a to 1pm - First shift
- 1pm-2pm EST - 1 hour PAID lunch
- 2pm to 6pm EST - Second shift
- ALL TIMES ARE EASTERN STANDARD TIME
PAY
- $8/hour to start, $10/hour after 30 days
- $2500 BONUS for deals that close that you took all the way to contract on your own
- $500 BONUS for deals that close that we helped you take all the way to contract
- Payday is Friday each week for hourly pay
- Bonuses are paid on the Friday the week after they close
