– Acquiring Deals
**Evaluating qualified leads from the Lead Generator team and approving appointments for the photographer;
**Scheduling the photographer on the calendar to go out and take pictures of the property;
**Conducting final analysis of the deal with pictures of condition and making an offer to the seller;
**Negotiating with the seller if necessary to get the best price possible;
**Signing contract of sale with seller and introducing seller to the Transaction Coordination Team;
– Management of the Acquisitions Team
**Setting daily goals for callers/sales people to accomplish;
**Supporting callers/sales people and making sure they are working the leads;
**Reviewing performance of callers/sales people to make sure they are performing well;
**Evaluating the quality of the leads at the end of the week; and
**Performing other related tasks as may be instructed by the CEO;

--Excellent sales, leadership,, communication and negotiation skills
--Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in closing deals
--Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Qualifications
--Related work experience as a Rockstar Cold Caller/Acquisitions Representative in the Real Estate Industry
--Excellent knowledge of MS Office Tools; Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
