What You’ll Do:
• Launch, monitor, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns across multiple accounts.
• Follow our SOPs—but also know when your experience matters more than the rulebook.
• Collaborate with the team, communicate clearly, and deliver consistent results.
• Analyze data, scale winners, and cut losers—you know the drill.
• Stay sharp, stay updated, and bring ideas to the table that push the brand forward.

What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience as a Facebook Ads Manager or Media Buyer VA.
• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and the inner workings of the platform.
• Experience reading SOPs and knowing when to follow them and when to flex based on results.
• Excellent communication skills (we move fast and stay in sync).
• Someone who wants to grow with us long-term—this is NOT a short-term role.
• Willingness to work 6–7 days a week—we’re in it to win it, and we want someone who is too.
