We are seeking a skilled and experienced Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions to streamline business processes, increase efficiency, and reduce operational costs across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation
- Design and develop RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Create process definition documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs)
- Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots to automate repetitive tasks and workflows
- Ensure the quality and performance of RPA solutions through thorough testing and debugging
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for implemented RPA solutions
- Stay updated on the latest RPA technologies and best practices
- Train and mentor junior team members on RPA development and best practices
- Monitor and optimize the performance of RPA bots and processes
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper integration of RPA solutions with existing systems

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in RPA development and implementation
- Strong proficiency in at least one major RPA platform (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere)
- Experience with process analysis and optimization
- Solid understanding of business process management concepts
- Familiarity with programming languages such as VB.NET, C#, or Python
- Knowledge of SQL and database management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified Professional, Blue Prism Developer, Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional)
- Experience with process mining tools
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Working Hours:
PH Graveyard Shift (8hrs/day, Monday-Friday US Timezone)

Compensation:
$3 to $8 (depending on experience)

Operating System: Windows 10 or MacOS (latest version)
Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent)
RAM: 8 GB or higher
Storage: 256 GB SSD or higher with minimum 30% free space.
Internet Connection: Minimum 75 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload speed for smooth communication and data handling. 100mbps+ preferred.
Headset: Noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear and professional communication.
