**About The Company:**
We are international real estate investors with properties in the United States, Dominican Republic, and Canada. Our primary focus is on mid-term rental management through CrewHousing.com, a dynamic company specializing in furnished accommodations for traveling construction crews. Outside of the United States we have several different vacation rentals that include boutique hotels in the Dominican Republic

We’re now expanding our vision by launching a media company to document and teach our learnings as real estate investors. As part of this exciting new venture, one of the first tasks for our HR Manager will be to help build the core team for our media operations.

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a full-time rockstar HR Manager to help manage and grow our internal operations. This role is pivotal to our success as we scale our real estate and educational businesses.

You will work closely with the leadership team to ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding, training, and management of our growing team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can build efficient systems, and is passionate about fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

**Responsibilities:**
- **Talent Acquisition:**
- Oversee recruitment efforts, including writing job descriptions, posting job ads, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of top talent for various roles within the company.

- **Onboarding/Offboarding**
- Develop and manage onboarding programs to ensure new hires are set up for success.
- Create and deliver training materials and processes to enhance team performance.

- **HR Systems & Tools:**
- Continuously improve HR processes and systems for efficiency.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- A growth mindset and willingness to take initiative.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and best practices.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience working with remote teams and managing international hires.
- Familiarity with the real estate or education industries.
