Job Title: Remote Soundboard Operator

Key Responsibilities
Operate the Soundboard: Efficiently manage and operate the soundboard during your assigned shifts.
Handle Customer Calls: Deliver exceptional service by professionally managing outgoing calls.
Maintain High Standards: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in your work while collaborating with team members.
Adhere to Shift Schedules: Maintain punctuality and reliability throughout your shifts.
Shift Details
Primary Shift: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Secondary Shift: 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM
Break: 2-hour break between shifts
Requirements
Language: Must be an English speaker.
Technical Needs: A good internet connection, laptop or computer, and a quality headset.
Experience: Previous call center and sales experience is preferred.
Work Ethic: Strong timekeeping, a motivated attitude, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Training: All applicants will need to complete a training and selection process. Ongoing training will be provided post-employment.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: 800 pesos per day.
