Join our young and friendly international team as a Customer Service Representative in a rapidly growing e-commerce company. Our diverse team of 14 young members from around the world is on a mission to make pets' lives comfy. We ship pet products globally, spreading joy to fur babies in the US, Canada, the UK, France, Germany, Japan, and more!
Job Details:
As a customer service rep, you'll be the hero ensuring customers are happy before, during, and after they shop with us. To show us you've read this description, please include the word ''red'' in your message. You'll help with shipping questions, product info, returns, and more. The hours may vary. You'll start with training sessions for a couple of hours per week, possibly increasing to 40 hours. It's a temporary role with potential for permanency.
What you will be doing:
- Answering customer
- Managing orders, returns, and refunds.
- Keeping Google Sheets updated flawlessly.
- Chatting and collaborating with the team on Slack.
- Aligning your work with our goals.
- Being on time for meetings.
- Staying in the loop with your team leader.
- Monthly team-building meetings.
What we're Looking For:
- Flexibility for shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Really good English skills.
- Great communication.
- 3 years of experience in customer service.
- Familiarity with Shopify/Freshdesk (bonus).
- Reliable internet, camera, and audio.
- Taking full responsibility for your tasks.
