Real Estate Assistant – Property Valuation & Data Entry
Location: Remote / Atlanta-based preferred

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Real Estate Assistant to support our tax sale investment business. The ideal candidate will have expertise in property evaluation, market analysis, and data entry, helping to assess property values, research real estate data, and organize information efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property valuations using MLS, PropStream, BatchLeads, Zillow, Redfin, and other tools
Analyze comparable sales (comps), After Repair Value (ARV), and market trends
Enter and organize real estate data into spreadsheets, CRM, and tracking systems
Assist in due diligence for tax sale properties, including title research and lien checks
Compile property reports for investment analysis and decision-making
Communicate findings effectively via reports and presentations
Work closely with the real estate team to support acquisitions and investment strategies
Qualifications:

Experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, or property evaluation
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, MLS, PropStream, or similar platforms
Strong analytical and research skills
Detail-oriented with excellent data entry accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Prior experience in tax sales, foreclosures, or real estate underwriting is a plus
Compensation:

Hourly rate or salary based on experience
Potential for performance-based bonuses
