Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote real estate listing and services
Create, manage, and analyze content across multiple channels, including social media, and email marketing
Can do other Real Estate jobs, like filling out documents via ZipFormPlus and DocuSign
Must know Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, and FlexMLS

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and content creation.
Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and Canva.
