Requirements:

Proficient in the English language and can speak it fluently
Studied English language in a major schooling institution (preferred)
Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Interest in learning about real estate and the market, as well as land parcel assessments.

Responsibilities:

Deal Closing: Collaborate closely with real estate agents, investors, and sellers to navigate the closing process and ensure successful lot transactions on the REIReply platform.

Transaction Management: Skillfully manage all aspects of the closing process, including contract reviews, compliance with legal requirements, and gathering necessary documentation.

Communication and Negotiation: Cultivate professional relationships with relevant stakeholders, such as buyers, sellers, real estate agents, title companies, and attorneys. Employ effective communication and negotiation techniques to resolve any issues and ensure seamless closings.

Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence for each lot deal, examining property records, title reports, surveys, and other essential documents to identify potential concerns that may affect the closing process.

Problem Solving: Proactively identify and overcome obstacles or challenges that may arise during closings, such as title issues, financing contingencies, or legal matters. Collaborate with internal and external parties to find effective solutions.

Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous and well-organized records of all transaction-related documents, correspondence, and communications throughout the closing process.

Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to real estate lot transactions. Continuously update your knowledge to offer superior service and guidance to clients.
