Unicorn Role Overview: We're looking for a proactive Real Estate Operations Assistant to help streamline our real estate business as we transition to new systems. If you have strong CRM experience, excel at creating standard operating procedures, and can proactively manage administrative tasks while helping implement new technologies, this role is perfect for you.
What You'll Do:
* CRM Implementation: Lead the setup and optimization of Lofty CRM, ensuring smooth adoption of the platform
* Process Development: Create and document standard operating procedures for all business operations
* Client Relations: Manage client and closing gift programs to ensure meaningful touchpoints
* Content Creation: Develop and maintain newsletter and marketing content
* System Integration: Support the transition to Real brokerage systems and processes
* Workflow Optimization: Identify and implement efficiency improvements across all operations
* Database Management: Maintain accurate and updated client information in CRM
* Administrative Support: Handle various administrative tasks with minimal oversight
