Job Description:
We are seeking a QuickBooks Online Expert to join our team and take charge of managing, optimizing, and maintaining our financial records. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in QuickBooks Online and have a strong understanding of accounting principles. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain financial records in QuickBooks Online.
• Accurately record and reconcile transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Generate detailed financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Set up and maintain QuickBooks integrations with other tools - Zoho
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and tax laws.
• Support the preparation of tax filings and audits as required.
• Provide training or support to tea
Qualifications:
• Proven expertise in QuickBooks Online with a minimum of 3-5 years experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and tax preparation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in QuickBooks Online.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
