QuickBooks Specialist – E-commerce

We’re a US-based e-commerce company selling on Amazon and eBay, looking for a full-time QuickBooks Online expert to manage our books and optimize our accounting systems. This is a long-term remote role with growth potential.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate bookkeeping and reconciliations

Manage inventory tracking in QuickBooks Online

Integrate and monitor Amazon and eBay transactions

Handle international contractor payments (PayPal, Wise)

Generate monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports

Improve workflows and provide insights into profitability and expenses
