Hey, I run an eCommerce business and need a bookkeeper to prepare and reconcile my 2024 financial records in QuickBooks Online.

?? What I Need:

Import & categorize PayPal and bank transactions into QuickBooks Online
Reconcile multi-currency transactions from PayPal, Shopify payouts, and bank accounts
Match PayPal withdrawals with bank deposits (ensure transfers aren’t double counted)
Ensure all transactions are properly categorized (COGS, ads, fees, software, supplier payments, etc.)
Deliver a fully reconciled Profit & Loss (P&L) report for 2024
One-time job (no ongoing bookkeeping needed)
