JOB OVERVIEW

Bay Management Group is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented QuickBooks Auditor to join our growing team. This is a remote, overseas position, and the ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial records. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform detailed audits of QuickBooks financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Review and verify financial data for completeness and correctness, identifying discrepancies and making necessary corrections.
- Reconcile QuickBooks records with other financial systems and reports to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Conduct account analysis and investigate any discrepancies or variances.
- Provide timely and accurate audit reports, highlighting any issues or areas for improvement.
- Review payroll and expense reports to ensure proper classification and accuracy of transactions.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to improve audit processes and streamline workflows.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting and internal controls.
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
- Participate in any other related duties or special projects as required by the company.

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
* Minimum of 2+ years in accounting or auditing roles with direct experience in QuickBooks.
* Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop is required; QuickBooks Online knowledge is a plus.
* NETSUITE experience is REQUIRED.
* Must have a keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial data.
* Ability to detect discrepancies and inconsistencies in financial records quickly.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and comfortable using financial software.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate findings clearly and effectively.
* Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
