Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and assist with measuring multi-level apartment buildings. You will work directly with the company director, who is the project lead, and a team of quantity surveyors. Each project is divided into measuring groundworks, structural, and architectural trades. We are looking for a candidate with strong knowledge of structural measurement, including basements, concrete, and reinforcements.

Key Responsibilities:

Measure and estimate multi-level apartment buildings.
Collaborate with the company director and a team of quantity surveyors.
Focus on measuring groundworks, structural, and architectural trades.

Qualifications:

Experience using Cost X Software.
A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Previous experience working with Australian clients.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Proficiency in preparing Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and producing quick estimates.
Strong PC skills and an analytical mindset.
Excellent understanding and practical knowledge of reading and interpreting building plans.
