Job Description Overview:

We are looking for a whitehat SEO specialist with a proven track record of outstanding results achieved through your work. As an SEO Specialist with us, you will play a vital role in elevating our clients’ SERPs results and driving organic traffic. Your expertise in SEO audits and strategy, keyword research, content planning, technical SEO, and on-page/off-page SEO optimisation will ensure that our clients achieve their business growth goals.
Knowledge of the Australian language and search habits will be of great benefit in this role.
You are proactive in keeping up with the latest SEO and search trends.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy
- Website SEO audits and strategy
- Create action plan
- Site maps
- Site architecture - mapping site structure for better user engagement
- Screaming frog audits - strategy to implement
- Website redirects - Redirecting website pages to most appropriate pages

2. Content
- Prepare the keywords and content plans for new website builds and ongoing website growth strategies
- Keyword, competition, and niche research
- Content plans
- Ongoing content planning and structure

3. Schema
- Implement schema for search
- Google Knowledge Graph

4. Technical SEO
- Comprehensive Technical SEO Audit: Identify and resolve issues such as crawl errors, duplicate content, indexation issues, and broken links.
- Site Architecture Optimisation: Enhance internal linking, navigation, URL structures, and metadata for better crawlability and user experience.
- Performance Improvements: Address page speed, mobile usability, image optimisation, and code minification issues.
- Schema Markup and Technical Enhancements: Implement structured data and ensure compliance with SEO best practices.

5. Google Analytics and GSC
- Set up SEO and conversion goals
- Tracking
- Analysis
- Reporting

6. Google Business Profile
- Have a good understanding of GBPs and how to optimise
- GBP strategy
