Responsibilities:
Content Quality:
Oversee editors to ensure deadlines are met and content aligns with company SOPs and quality standards.
Review all video and photo content, providing constructive feedback and ensuring necessary revisions are completed promptly.
Track editor performance and approve payments for completed work.
Project Management:
Use ClickUp to manage and monitor projects, keeping workflows organized and on schedule.
Communicate with tea
Assist in refining SOPs and developing systems for improved quality control.
Client Research and Ideation:
Conduct client and competitor research to stay ahead of industry trends.
Generate creative content ideas tailored to each client’s goals and audience.
Organize content ideas and trends for all clients, ensuring a consistent flow of fresh, engaging concepts.
Qualifications:
Experience managing creative teams or quality control in an agency or content production environment.
Familiarity with tools like ClickUp and Slack for project management and communication.
Understanding of video/photo editing standards and workflows.
Experience with ideation, client research, and content strategy is a strong plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and maintain positive team relationships.
