Work Hours & Availability

• Experience in auditing, inspections, compliance enforcement, and performance evaluations.
• Proven ability to conduct surprise audits, performance tests, and stress evaluations.
• Strict, detail-oriented, and results-driven personality.
• Exceptional reporting skills—must be able to provide data-driven assessments with actionable solutions.
• Must be able to handle pressure and enforce accountability without concern for popularity.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct routine and surprise inspections to detect errors, inefficiencies, and deviations from company standards.
• Perform stress tests, competency evaluations, and operational audits to assess performance and compliance.
• Identify, document, and report all issues, ensuring that corrective actions are taken.
• Generate detailed before-and-after reports, highlighting recurring mistakes, their causes, and actionable solutions.
• Enforce strict compliance protocols without exception, ensuring the highest level of operational efficiency.
• Maintain full authority in quality control matters, answering only to the company’s owner.
• Work with zero emotional bias—decisions must be made based solely on data and findings.

Onboarding & Training

To ensure a deep understanding of the role, the selected candidate will undergo a thorough onboarding process. The team, managers, and the owner will provide detailed training on how operations should be run at the highest level of efficiency and quality. The goal is to equip the Quality Control Manager with the necessary knowledge to enforce standards effectively on a daily basis.
