- We are a small start up with a huge vision to become one of the biggest content agencies in the WORLD!
- Our current team includes myself (founder), 1 operations manager, 10 video editors, and 2 quality assurers.
- Our team create short videos for people looking to grow their personal brands all over the world.
- I do not believe in hiring for redundant roles; I want you to develop your skills, move through the ranks and grow rapidly along side our team!

| Here’s the details:

*Role Overview

- Managing video projects
- Ensuring videos meet quality standards
- Managing editor deadlines
- Managing project workflows
- Creating SOP’s
- CRM management

*Mandatory Requirements:

- Must be able to work flexible hours. Hours are NOT fixed.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Must be easily accessible to communicate with 7 days a week.

*Preferred Requirements:

- Previous transcribing experience
- Project management experience

*Work Environment

- We value innovation, communication and creativity above all else! We do not believe in a traditional work environment.
- Working unsupervised is AN ABSOLUTE MUST.
