Job Summary: We are seeking detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analysts to join our team. Ideal candidates will have experience in financial campaigns, particularly credit repair, and a strong background in quality monitoring, compliance, and performance improvement.
1 Quality Assurance Analyst (New Enrollments)
Review all client new enrollment forms to ensure accuracy
Listen to calls for certain disclosures
Add all new client information into the CRM
Notify creditors of client’s enrollment in the program
1 Quality Assurance Analyst (Creditor and Debt Updates)
Notify creditors of new client enrollment
Update debt on CRM
Notify clients of discrepancies
Notify debt advisors of discrepancies that require their communication
Follow-up to ensure communication was made in compliance with our rules & regulations
1 Quality Assurance Analyst (Reporting Specialist)
Daily- creditor payment issues: notify negotiators on accounts that need attention
Monthly Report
Lead/Partner Reports
Daily Call Report & Live Call Stats
Track Daily Attendance on All Employees
Management Survey Monkey for Client Satisfaction Purposes
Work with the Compliance Manager on Daily Audits that require attention
Review Payroll Requests
Track Time Off for Entire Company
End of Program Review & Updates
Weekly- Payment Related Issues: Notifying Management of Fees Due on Payment Report
Track all meetings and
Miscellaneous Request from Amanda (personal or business-related)
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, sales assistance, or customer service.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends.
