QB Specialist

LED Trucking Inc. is seeking a highly skilled QuickBooks Specialist with expertise in the Transportation Industry to oversee financial data management, bookkeeping, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QuickBooks Online/Desktop, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standards.

LED Trucking Inc. is managed by Sacramento Managing Company. This position reports directly to the Head of Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks for accuracy and compliance.
Perform bank and account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Generate financial statements and customized reports as required by management.
Troubleshoot QuickBooks-related issues and implement best practices for financial tracking.
Assist with tax filings, payroll processing, and expense management.
Work closely with the finance team and management to ensure smooth accounting operations.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience working with QuickBooks Online/Desktop in a professional setting.
Prior experience in transportation/logistics accounting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
Ability to analyze financial data and generate insights for decision-making.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
