QA Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and 2+ years of experience in software testing, with a proven track record of identifying and documenting bugs effectively.

You will be responsible for executing test cases, performing regression testing, and conducting exploratory testing across our software applications to ensure high-quality deliverables. Experience with test management tools like TestRail or JIRA is essential, along with strong communication skills for collaborating with developers and product managers.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and experience in creating comprehensive test documentation. Knowledge of SQL and basic understanding of web technologies is preferred. You should be comfortable working in an agile environment and have experience with different testing methodologies.

The ability to think from an end-user's perspective and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience is crucial.
