Position Summary: As a Purchasing Assistant, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring the smooth processing of purchase orders and quotations, while maintaining strong communication with our sales representatives and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing materials and issuing Purchase Orders.
Assisting with quoting promotional products.
Processing and managing invoices.
Guiding sales representatives or customers through the ordering process for branded merchandise and printing supplies.
Requirements:
Proficiency in order management platforms such as CommonSku and Monarch (or willingness to learn).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
Availability to work full-time during the specified hours.
