What You’ll Do:
- Write engaging content: bios, fact sheets, award submissions, and client communications that stand out.
- Keep tabs on press coverage for clients and competitors, updating reports like a pro.
- Stay ahead of the game with competitor analysis and industry news tracking.
- Build and maintain killer media and influencer lists.
- Help organize and deliver top-notch client reports.
- Be the go-to support for scheduling, travel bookings, and special projects (because we’re all about staying organized).
- Manage media databases (like Telum) to keep everything running smoothly.
- Write and send out press releases to secure awesome media coverage.

- Research influencers and spokespersons to boost campaign visibility.
- Assist with event coordination, bringing all the details together seamlessly.
- Collaborate with designers, agencies, influencers, and suppliers like a communications superhero.
- Be a rockstar in client meetings – take notes and keep everyone updated.
- Jump in and assist with any general tasks, including flexing your creative muscles with Canva for graphic design needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous PR experience? Awesome, we’d love that!
- Familiar with tools like Google Drive, Google Slides, and Telum? Even better!
- Excellent communication skills – we mean both verbal and written (because, obviously!).
- A sharp eye for details and stellar organizational skills.
- A love for digital marketing and an eagerness to stay in the loop with trends.
- The ability to prioritize and multitask like a boss.
- A self-motivated, proactive attitude – we love go-getters!
