Property Video Editor / Real Estate Video Editor

Working towards outsourcing all my current editing for Real Estate Videos. In turn I'm hoping to film more and get more work.
I would like the editor to match my style,
At the moment this is a part-time situation but can become a full time one.
I'm an hour's north of Sydney.

I'd prefer editors to use Premiere Pro + After Effects. Espically those who would be able to provide completed projects back.
So I can make minor changes on my end. I've also built out many agency based assets packs for projects, for a seamless copy>paste>edit experience.
Would be ok with Final Cut Pro, provided the portfolio matches the quality I'm aiming for.

Examples of my work. Most of my jobs are 1 minute videos, at a fixed price. Whilst I have other offers to my clients, the 1-minute video is what I'm basing turnaround expectations on.

I'm Aiming for 24 hours turnaround. This will allow me to make changes, within my client's expectation of a 2 day turnaround.

I was expecting for a part-time / 4-5 hours per day from role, to complete two videos a day.
If we moved to 8 hours, 4 videos a day would be the goal (obviously, salary per month would rise up!)
