Property Sourcing Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Property/ Real Estate Professional to conduct lead generation via LinkedIn Outreach for investors looking to purchase property in the North West of the United Kingdom. We provide an end to end service for new and existing property investors looking to purchase property in the North West, including initial consultancy, securing a deal on their behalf, project managing the refurbishments, and letting the property once refurbished. We are looking for someone to help get us in touch with new investors, who we can pitch our services to, and hopefully enrol them onto our portfolio building service.

Requirements:

- Cold outreach to property investors via Linkedin
- Chasing and following up with any investors who have not replied to us.
- Providing investors with details of our services, and the returns we can offer,
- Scheduling telephone appointments with our Sourcing Director for any interested investors

Working Days:

Monday to Friday.

Working Hours:

9:30am - 12:30pm (UK Time)

Hourly Rate:

£4.00 per hour - 15 hours a week with scope to increase number of hours as applicant progresses.
