We are a brand-new startup seeking a dynamic and proactive Property and Service Manager to join our founding team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing guest experiences while helping us launch community-focused services that will shape our presence and impact from the ground up. Salary: $800-$960 USD per month
Responsibilities:
• Guest Relations Management: Oversee and elevate the guest experience from booking through departure, ensuring exceptional service during every interaction.
• Community Engagement: Develop and launch new services that benefit the local community, fostering strong relationships with residents, businesses, and organizations.
• Service Innovation: Identify and implement creative service offerings that align with community needs and contribute to the growth of our startup.
• Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze feedback from guests and the community to drive continuous improvements in our services.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute community events or initiatives that promote our business and build local connections.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally, ensuring positive outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a consistent service experience.
Requirements:
• Experience: Proven experience in guest relations, community engagement, or a related field, with an interest in contributing to the growth of a new business.
• English Proficiency: Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, composed approach to challenges.
