S&B Legal is growing property law firm in Australia that is looking to expand its team. We pride ourselves in providing quality conveyancing and property advice to our clients.
What's the opportunity?
In this role you will be working closely with our team of solicitors and conveyancers to support them with any administrative needs. You will learn systems and processes set up for the purposes of property transactions across Australia. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Data entry into our CRM
- Managing files and documents
- Coordinating appointments and meetings
- Responding to
- Performing other administrative tasks as required
- (OPTIONTAL) Content creation for social media
What are we looking for?
We are looking for:
- Experience in administrative roles or Virtual Assistance
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web based CRMs
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remote and autonomously
- BONUS - social media experience/content creation
