House Ownership Solution is a real estate company that provides affordable housing programs to general public. We offer dedicated services to assist our tenants to become a home owner within a few years after they moved in our house. Our website is www.ownershiphelp.com.

Who we are looking for:

An EXPERIENCED and PROFESSIONAL property manager:
- Had experience in sales (optional)
- Team player
- Organized and attention to details
- Very strong people skills
- Enjoy learning

* Tenant Acquisition
- Reply messages/emails and speak to the inbound leads
- Post/update housing ads on various platform
- Update lead database and follow up with interested leads
- Introduce our program/property and help the applicants apply, get approval, and finally move in their selected house.

Here are the main assignments as an example:
*Tenant Management
- Follow up on unpaid rent
- Coordinate with tenants about after move-in
- Coordinate property repair and maintenance

Benefit:
- Probation: 1 month or less, $3/hr, 40hr/wk
- After probation: $4.25/hr, 40hr/wk
- We offer a bonus or a raise every 6 months depending on company’s and your performance
