Property Manager

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have strong tenant management skills, handle basic bookkeeping, and efficiently coordinate property maintenance and repairs. Candidate must be able to work during US hours.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in property management, tenant relations, and basic bookkeeping.
* Ability to handle property maintenance and vendor management.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
