Position Overview:
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a solid foundation in Rent Manager and excel in communication with clients and
vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of properties efficiently and effectively, ensuring optimal performance and
tenant satisfaction.
• Utilize Property Management software to maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, including
leases, rent payments, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.
• Oversee all aspects of tenant relations, including leasing, renewals, and resolving any issues or
disputes promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors to
ensure quality workmanship and cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct regular property inspections to assess conditions, identify maintenance needs, and
ensure compliance with lease agreements and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present regular reports to clients, providing insights into property performance,
financials, and recommended strategies for improvement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and other
stakeholders to foster a positive and collaborative environment.
• Stay informed about market trends, rental rates, and regulatory changes affecting the property
management industry, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Can do or understand bank reconciliation.
Qualifications:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients,
tenants, and vendors.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
