About the Role
As a Property Management and Marketing Support Administrator, you will take care of a diverse range of responsibilities, including managing sales and rentals, handling property management administrative tasks, and providing essential support to our client's growing operations. Key Responsibilities
Property Management and Leasing: Assist in managing multiple rental properties by processing and following up on maintenance requests, responding to property inquiries, coordinating lease agreements, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
Sales Support: Support sales activities by coordinating property showings, preparing sales documents, and maintaining communication with potential buyers.
Marketing Activities: Create and manage property listings on realestate.com.au, develop marketing materials, and assist in executing marketing strategies to attract tenants and buyers.
Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain a new website to enhance the client's online presence and streamline property management operations.
Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties using Console software for property management tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and reporting.

Other Responsibilities
Make necessary process suggestions and improvements which can help the team.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on.

About You
3+ years experience in property management, leasing, or real estate administration
Proficiency in using property management software - Console Cloud (https://www.console.com.au) and online listing platform realestate.com.au is required.
Basic website development skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to respond professionally to inquiries and requests.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Ability to work independently and adapt to the client’s evolving needs.
A commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring tenant and property owner satisfaction

Finer Details
Employment type: Initially part-time (20 hours per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance within the first month.
