JOB OVERVIEW

We are a rapidly expanding UK-based plumbing & heating (HVAC) company.
We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Administrative Assistant.
Join our dynamic property management team, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our services.
With a strong focus on bookkeeping, this position requires multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

1. Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate financial records.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments efficiently.
Reconcile bank statements and oversee accounts payable/receivable.
Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for review.
Complete weekly Credit Control

2. Property Management
Manage phone calls and email communications.
Respond quickly to client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with clients and contractors.

3. Administrative Support
Maintain and update property management software systems (e.g. SimPro, ServiceM8, Jobber).
Assist in preparing and organising documents.
Schedule and organise meetings, appointments, and events.
Provide general administrative support to the company owner.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Remote Bookkeeper.
Experience with bookkeeping software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero).
Minimum of 2 years bookkeeping experience.
Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
Strong understanding of property management best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

We Offer:
1. $8 per hour
3. 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
4. Shift is 8 am – 5 pm UK Time
