Job Description
Creating floor plans on AutoCad from hand drawn drawings & measurements
Estimating build costs from floor plans
Estimating build costs
Take offs, cost plans and estimates
All aspects of carrying out research and due diligence on sites/ properties prior to purchase and construction phases.

Pay details
Pays $4 an hour
Pay every 2 weeks to start
Christmas bonus 1 week pay following 3 months service
