Who The Client Is: The client is a boutique property developer based in Launceston, Tasmania, focusing on developments in the north and northwest of the region. They specialize in urban in-fill projects, acquiring sites in established suburbs and designing homes that align with the character of the area. This approach helps reduce urban sprawl and brings people closer to amenities. Their expertise lies in townhouse, villa, and unit developments, and they are currently exploring a new niche in higher-density communal living spaces, with a recent project completing in January 2022.
Role Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced Property Development Project Manager to join our growing team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing and managing property development projects from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
Proven experience in property development and project management.
Strong understanding of feasibility studies, project timelines, and resource management.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.
