Virtual Assistant – Property & Construction Management
We are seeking a highly responsive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Property Management and Construction Management operations. This position requires 30-40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule based on tenant and project needs. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, exceptionally polite, highly organized, and proficient in basic computer and Excel skills. We are willing to train the right person.
This role may expand to include phone call management, data research, and general coordination as our business grows.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management Support
• Communicate with tenants regarding rent payments, lease updates, and renewals.
• Manage maintenance requests and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Handle bookkeeping tasks and maintain financial records.
• Market rental properties and screen potential tenants.
• Maintain and update the company website.
• Utilize Google Forms and Google Docs efficiently.
Construction Management Support
• Assist in planning and managing renovation projects.
• Work with contractors to assess repair needs and create detailed cost estimates.
• Develop and implement Gantt charts to track project timelines.
• Ensure contractors adhere to schedules and budgets.
Post-Project Responsibilities
• Conduct rental market comparisons to set competitive pricing.
• List available rentals on platforms like
• Screen tenants and organize open houses with the team.
• Facilitate lease agreements via DocuSign and assist with payment setup (Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, etc.).
Ideal Candidate Qualities
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Familiarity with property management and construction processes (preferred but not required).
