Project manager

The project manager would work to support Global Security Operations and would be responsible for the project management and monitoring of ETS secure transportation operations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assistance with documentation, proposals, and compliance
Monitoring and management of secure ground transportation tasks globally
• Respond to escalations and provide direct assistance/communications to stakeholders
• Lead initial crisis management functions in response to breaking events
• Work with regional crisis leads for incident escalation and handover
• Ensure that compliance is checked and focus on quality control
• Provide exemplary customer service to the client and those requiring GSOC support or services
• Serve as the hub for monitoring, analyzing and interpretation of risks and threats
• Utilize professional judgement to assess immediate risks to the safety and security of customers
• Provide timely communications to customers about those risks when needed
• Escalate issues as required to more senior-level management and/or client
• Provide oversight and quality assurance for all tasks completed on assigned shifts, including final product review and approval prior to dissemination. To include a brief indicating specific task hours, incidents etc.
• Manage the coordination of transportation schedules, vehicle tracking, and personnel movements to ensure secure and timely arrivals.
• Proactively identify potential risks and logistical challenges, providing solutions and escalation where necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including security personnel, to ensure secure transportation operations align with broader security protocols and objectives.
• Utilize GSOC tools and technology to maintain situational awareness and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Create and manage incident reports, analyzing data to improve processes and security measures.

Please note that hours would initially be variable until we fully understand how best to align time zones.

We will need the successful applicant to work some weekends - this is a key aspect of the role.
