Project Documentation & Financial Control Specialist
US Company experience highly preferable (with reference check)
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Meeting Documentation
- Record and prepare detailed minutes for all project meetings
- Document conversations and decisions made with stakeholders
- Maintain organized records of all project-related communications
2. Project Tracking & Estimation
- Monitor project progress against established timelines
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and document project estimates
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Ensure proper documentation of project completion (UAT reports, completion reports)
3. Financial Documentation & Control
- Process and maintain records of internal requisition forms
- Handle service agreements and quotation documentation
- Track and verify invoice submissions and revisions
- Maintain comprehensive payment records
- Process internal approval forms for payments
- Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions
4. Contract Management
- Coordinate the signing and processing of service agreements
- Track and document contract acceptance and amendments
- Maintain records of all contractual documents
5. Delivery Documentation
- Track and document software delivery processes
- Maintain client acceptance forms and supporting documentation
- Verify and archive training records
- Ensure proper documentation of all deliverables
Required Skills:
