About the Role:

This unique opportunity combines the skills of a project manager and account manager. You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of client relationships, from onboarding to ongoing success. Your exceptional organizational skills will keep projects on track.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project timelines for assigned accounts
- Oversee project execution, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and maintain transparency
- Onboard new clients, establishing clear communication channels and expectations
- Manage client relationships, fostering trust and open communication
- Proactively identify client needs and recommend solutions
- Generate reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, account management, or a relevant field
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Highly creative and resourceful with a knack for problem-solving
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clear and concise English (limited to no accent preferred)
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Passion for the aesthetics industry and a desire to help businesses grow
- Trustworthy and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Must be available to work American business hours
