Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

Your responsibilities include:

Project Management:
Oversee 9-10 projects monthly, managing emails and calls for incoming service requests from internal teams across two divisions
Utilize provided Excel Spreadsheet to track different line items of work and input formulas for budgeting and cost analysis
Create detailed PDF proposals and send them to general contractors
Handle additional late requests from customers

Dispatching and Coordination:
Dispatch tasks to contractors or the appropriate teaUpgrade to see actual infomber via emails or project management tools
Ensure timely follow-through on projects, ensuring completion within set deadlines
Keep customers and clients updated on project progress and any changes
Capitalize on opportunities to increase sales and revenue through proactive communication with contractors, receiving and presenting recommendations for additional services to clients, and securing approvals

Tracking and Documentation:
Track project progress and updates using project management tools.
Maintain detailed notes in the account regarding project status, resolutions, and any relevant information
