Company Overview:
AccuRise Financial is a company dedicated to empowering communities by enabling individuals to build their credit through rent reporting. We are currently developing a robust, user-friendly WordPress platform that facilitates rent reporting, secure document uploads, and client portal access for landlords and tenants.
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the design and development phases of this platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a highly functional, secure, and mobile-responsive platform, working closely with our team of designers and developers.
Primary Objective:
To manage the development of a secure, user-friendly website based on the detailed technical specifications provided. This website will enable tenants and landlords to submit rent payment reports to credit bureaus, manage document uploads, and facilitate payment processing.
Key Features to be Managed:
Rent Reporting Options: Past and ongoing rent reporting, including expedited processing options.
User Onboarding & Multi-Step Forms: Collect tenant/landlord details, manage rent reports, and process payments via Stripe.
Roommate Reporting: Allow users to include roommates in rent submissions.
Secure Client Portals: Landlords can upload documents, track tenant statuses, and manage rent reporting via a portal.
Billing & Invoicing: Integrate with Stripe for online payments, including invoicing for rent reporting services.
Dashboards: User dashboards for both tenants and landlords to track rent reports and document statuses.
Security & Data Protection: Ensure role-based access, SSL encryption, and secure document handling.
Mobile-Responsive Design: A fully responsive website optimized for mobile, tablet, and desktop use.
Responsibilities:
Manage Development Based on Technical Specifications:
Oversee the completion of detailed technical tasks including wireframes, annotations, and flow diagrams.
Manage user interaction logic, ensuring that onboarding flows, conditional logic, and role-based interactions are properly documented and implemented?(Technical Specifications).
Coordinate Team of Designers and Developers:
Ensure the design team delivers wireframes, interaction logic, and responsive layouts in Figma, adhering to the branding and technical specifications?(Technical Specifications).
Manage development handoff, including clear documentation for developer reference.
Manage Deliverables for Critical Processes:
Oversee the design and development of rent reporting workflows, document upload flows, and payment processing, ensuring a smooth user experience.
Ensure that business rules for pricing, discounts, and user roles are well documented and integrated?(Technical Specifications).
Ensure Design Consistency:
Ensure that all pages and components (Home, Renters, Landlords, Products, FAQs, About Us, Contact Us, Blog) follow branding guidelines including colors, fonts, logos, and responsiveness?(Technical Specifications).
Facilitate Security and Data Protection:
Ensure that the security measures are documented and integrated, including SSL encryption and secure data handling. Oversee role-based access control implementation?(Technical Specifications)?.
Manage Mobile-First Design:
Ensure the platform is fully responsive across all devices and platforms (desktop, tablet, and mobile), with clear documentation of mobile-specific interactions?(Technical Specifications).
Deliver Documentation and Final Handoff:
Ensure proper documentation is delivered, including a clickable Figma prototype, design system, and a well-organized Figma file with exportable assets and developer notes?(Technical Specifications).
Post-Launch Support:
Oversee post-launch testing and support, including UAT, security checks, and performance optimization. Provide training materials and live sessions for internal teams.
Required Experience:
5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in web development projects involving WordPress.
Proven experience managing design and development teams to deliver complex web platforms.
Familiarity with WordPress plugins such as Elementor Pro, WPForms, Ultimate Member, and Stripe Payment Integration.
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, branding consistency, and mobile-responsive design.
Excellent communication skills to act as the liaison between stakeholders, designers, and developers.
Experience in managing technical documentation, business rules, and user interaction logic.
Key Deliverables:
Wireframes & Annotations: Oversee detailed wireframes for all pages and ensure annotations for each UI component.
User Interaction Logic: Ensure clear documentation and development of user journey maps, conditional logic, and role-based interactions.
Critical Flow Diagrams: Oversee the design of rent reporting, document upload, and payment process flows.
Business Rules Documentation: Validate and enforce rules for pricing, discounts, and form validation.
Design System & Mobile Responsiveness: Manage the creation of a complete design system with mobile layouts and interactive elements.
Security Documentation: Ensure thorough documentation of security measures and access control.
Qualifications:
PMP certification is preferred but not required.
Strong technical background in web development, particularly with WordPress-based platforms.
Previous experience in projects with rent reporting, client portals, or financial services is a plus.
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
