Project Manager for Gay Dating App + Services Marketplace

We’re currently developing two mobile applications:
-A gay dating app — an alternative to Grindr/Hornet, focused on privacy, flexibility, safety, and intuitive navigation. Features include status categories, hidden chats, video calls, advanced filters, and more.
-A services marketplace app — a platform where users can find and book professionals for home and lifestyle services (cleaning, repairs, plumbing, etc.). Includes reviews, service provider profiles, and integrated booking.
Both apps are being developed for iOS and Android, targeting international users. The team is fully remote.

???? Who We're Looking For:
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager who:
Has a background in mobile products or tech startups;
Can structure processes from scratch: task management, communication, timeline control;
Is comfortable managing two projects simultaneously;
Has personal experience using gay dating apps (e.g., Grindr, Hornet, Romeo) — this is essential for understanding the target audience and ensuring the best possible user experience;
Is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage a remote team (developers, designers, marketers, QA testers, etc.).

???? Responsibilities:
Set up and manage project tracking systems (Trello / Notion / ClickUp);
Build and oversee product roadmaps;
Coordinate tasks across development, design, and marketing teams;
Ensure deadlines are met and quality standards maintained;
Contribute to UX discussions and suggest improvements (especially for the dating app);
Provide regular, concise progress reports to the founder.

???? Work Conditions:
Full-time, remote;
Flexible schedule, results-oriented;
Salary: $1000–1500/month, depending on experience;
Long-term collaboration.

? Bonus Points For:
Experience launching mobile startups or MVPs;
Familiarity with product analytics, A/B testing, and mobile UX;
Working proficiency in English;
Comfort using Slack, Google Workspace, Telegram, Jira, etc.
