Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee our video creation for YouTube and course development projects. The ideal candidate will manage workflows, ensure deadlines are met, and facilitate communication between creative teams. Proficiency in Notion for project management tasks and Kajabi for course creation and distribution is required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage project plans for video content and course creation.
• Coordinate with scriptwriters, video editors, designers, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Oversee the end-to-end production process for YouTube videos and online courses, ensuring quality and alignment with brand goals.
• Organize project timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress using Notion.
• Manage course uploads, structure, and distribution on Kajabi.
• Conduct regular check-ins with the team to address blockers and adjust project timelines as needed.
• Ensure project deliverables align with content strategies and audience needs.
• Track project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in video production, digital media, or online course creation.
• Proficiency with Notion for project and task management.
• Experience using Kajabi or similar platforms for course creation and distribution.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency.
